infoUSA's forms strategic alliance with V-Enable

INFOGROUP, the provider of data driven and interactive resources for targeted sales, marketing and research solutions today announced its infoUSA data business has formed a strategic alliance with V-Enable, the local search and advertising solutions business. V-Enable will tap into the resources of infoUSA’s database, giving their customers access to information on 14 million US businesses and 137 million consumers.

“By extending our partnership with infoUSA we are able to not only provide our customers with the quality of information they require but also improve our platform’s overall cost structure by leveraging their core information services for both business and consumer inquiries,” stated Craig Hagopian, President, V-Enable.

Independent studies have shown that infoUSA’s business database has the most accurate company names, highest percentage of current phone numbers and addresses, best categorisation and the least amount of out of business records, which ensures more successful and accurate results in local search and directory applications.

In addition, to provide customers with the freshest data, infoUSA makes over 26 million phone calls each year to verify and enhance the business information. It also proactively monitors store openings and closings to maintain the currency of the data.
