BrandSpankin' wins ‘massive' augmented reality glasses briefYou can see for miles and miles and miles! BRANDSPANKIN, (iSM's sister business) the Pendle and Manchester based marketing and media relations business has won the brief to represent Silicon Valley-based Polar Foil Inc., the makers of the soon to be launched augmented reality glasses. The glasses have a 3G connection and can superimpose imagery over the wearer’s normal field of vision, such as directions or advertising. Spectators at sporting events will be able to get commentary and instant replays, whilst bored onlookers at less interesting events will be able to feign interest whilst actually viewing something more exciting, informative or titillating. Polar Foil CEO, Prof. Ali Aldoy, commented: “BrandSpankin’ was a great fit for us, they are passionate about looking, seeing and being. Their minds are open to shapes, colours and sounds.” Julian Jordan, BrandSpankin’s MD, said: “We love this product – granted, the current beta model is a bit cumbersome and heavy....and yes, the radio mast makes it a bit unsightly, but when the launch model is released, we think that it will revolutionise the way people decode reality.” Leave your comments: |
