Paisley Group Conference expecting record attendance

THE PAISLEY Group yesterday announced that it is expecting a record-setting attendance at its upcoming Directory Assistance and Information Services conference.

The four key themes which will be explored at the event are:

- Innovation to Meet Consumer Needs
- Providing Connectivity and Privacy to Mobile Subscribers
- Mobile Marketing
- Best Practices in Call Centre Management

With iSM as an official media sponsor, the event which is sub-titled Corralling New Opportunities, takes place in Dallas, Texas on September 1st and 2nd and features international contributions. Given the dearth of quality events for the information services sector, it’s excellent news to see the Dallas event will be well attended and add genuine value to the industry.

"This event brings together experts from every corner of the world to talk about what consumers want and where the industry is headed." said Jeff Rudolph, President of The Paisley Group. Rudolph attributes the high attendance numbers to an agenda that is focused on the key concerns of the industry as the economy shows signs of growth.

Conference attendees come from a variety of industries, highlighting the broad interest in these important topics.  Directory assistance and directory enquiries providers will be joined by Yellow Pages companies, data providers, and a range of industry visionaries.

"This conference will provide attendees with new ideas and strategies for generating additional calls and new options for consumers" Said Kathleen Pierz, owner of the Pierz Group.
