Soleo Communications completes acquisition of Local Matters voice & wireless division

SOLEO Communications, the provider of carrier-grade solutions
for information service providers, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Local Matters Voice & Wireless Division, formerly part of IBM's Telecommunications business unit. The combined company will deliver innovative software solutions for worldwide Information Service providers.

The combination of Soleo and the Voice & Wireless Division creates an entity handling more than three billion calls annually, from installations in eleven countries.
