Sina launches China's own Foursquare
SINA, the business often describes as China’s Yahoo and renowned for having launched “China’s Twitter” has now launched a Foursquare style location based social media platform.
Sina is following up their Twitter style service Weibo with the social check-in service called WeiLingDi, meaning "Micro Territory".
The service integrates with Weibo and like Foursquare it allows users to check-in to places, win badges and leave reviews.
