Microsoft unleashes new mobileHazel RycroftMICROSOFT is set to unveil two new mobile phones at an event next Monday. The phones, geared at a younger market, are expected to feature touch screens and keyboards. The new devices are part of the Microsoft development project 'Pink'. They may be available as early as the end of the month, in the United States through a partnership with Verizon Wireless. According to media reports, Sharp Corp will produce the handsets, which are an evolution of 'Sidekick' devices offered by Danger Inc. (acquired by Microsoft in 2008).
